In 2000 owner Rusty
Lane went to
Southeastern School of Auctioneering in South
Carolina to begin courses to become an auctioneer
(license # 3022). He later passed the state
auctioneers exam and acquired his real estate
license. His experience includes auctions ranging
from bank foreclosures to business liquidations, estate
and farm sales.
Rusty and his brother Adam started GEORGIA
EQUIPMENT and LANE BROTHERS AUCTIONS in march of
2001. After 7 years of running a very
successfully business, Rusty decided to sell his
interest both companies. In January of 2007 rusty
formed CLEAR CHOICE AUCTIONS after realizing that
the auction method of marketing real estate is one
of the fastest growing segments of the real estate
and auction industry.
